14 stories high, with confined vertical service ducts for a high volume water and air distribution and smoke extract systems to each floor necessitating detailed co-ordination of services. Special consideration and planning was also required for the location of large items of plant such as chillers and air handling units onto the rooftop. Smoke extract system wiring was also our responsibility. Also included installing highly zoned fan coil air conditioning systems to all floors and also installing and sending pipework to/from all floors to large chillers located on the 15th story roof.
