HVAC / Vent Services to 50,000 feet² to ‘Ballroom’ Cleanroom – the only one in N.I.

                       Pipework services were pre-fabricated, pre-insulated, identified and mounted on steelwork racks off site to tie into the structural steelwork frame thus minimising on site welding and to achieve the stringent programme conditions.

                        26 Fan Tower Units, each capable of 132,000 CFM were utilised to achieve the environmental conditions within the   facility.  Because the building was complete before we commenced work on site rigid clean room protocol for installations was utilised during the contract period.

High level of co-ordination required, especially during the design development period to working drawing status.
